Please complete the fields below for each camper you are registering, including yourself. For each camper, the following fields must be completed: First name, Last name, Lodging choice, and Age. Please also identify special meal needs when applicable. Options listed for special meal needs are the only ones Big Sky Bible Camp can acccommodate.
Lodging at Big Sky Bible Camp varies from small rustic cabins with bunkbeds near a bathhouse to larger bunkrooms with their own bathrooms. Cabin assignments will be made in the order campers sign-up. If you have any special needs or requests, such as accommodations for physical limitations, requests to share a cabin with specific individuals, or preference for your children to bunk with their same gender friends, please note that in the Comments/Special Requests field above. Even though the bunkrooms are very large, we do plan for families to each have their own rooms. If we get so full that we need to consider asking families to share, we will definitely get your approval before doubling up and would endeavor to put families together who already have relationships with one another.
RV'ers - Please note that Big Sky Bible Camp does NOT offer hookups so you will need to be self-contained. A bathhouse will be nearby for shared use. Generator hours will be limited as follows:
- Friday - 8pm - 11pm
- Saturday - 8am - 1pm, 5pm - 11pm
- Sunday - 8am - 1pm, 5pm - 8pm
For campers staying overnight, meals will begin Friday evening. Friday dinner will be served from 5pm until 6pm. This is only available for those who sign-up for staying in a cabin or RV/Tent.
Understanding that some families will choose to not sleep at camp, we are offering a couple of Day Camper options that include either no meals ($30/person) or just lunch & dinner each day ($72/person).
Doors open to the public 30 minutes prior to the free evening sessions. If you will not participate for the entire weekend but would like to join us for any part of a day prior to the evening session, you must register for Day Visitor Only access for each person ($15/person). You may then sign-up to join us for individual meals at $15 per meal. Extra meals must be registered for by 8/8.
This form is for only for registering for camp. Prices for each lodging option depends on the age of the camper and can be seen in the Pricing section on the flyer up above. Payment will be handled separately and can be made via credit/debit card or bank draft (ACH). Once your registration is submitted, we will email back as soon as we can with your registration total and payment instructions.
Cancellations must be made by 8/8 to receive a refund.
